Happy with your repair?
A quick Google review helps other Waukegan drivers find an honest shop, and it means a lot to us.
Leave a Google ReviewHow much is a diagnostic or inspection?
Our diagnostic/inspection fee is a $95 flat fee. It covers the time and equipment needed to find the problem, and it applies whether or not you have the repair done with us.
Why do I need a diagnostic for a check engine light?
A check engine light can mean many different things. We run a diagnostic first so we fix the actual problem instead of guessing, which saves you money on parts you don't need.
Do you work with extended warranties?
Yes. We work with third-party extended warranties. Just bring your warranty contract when you drop off your car. See the warranty companies we work with.
Can I buy an extended warranty from you?
Yes. We also sell third-party extended warranties. Ask us about coverage options for your specific vehicle.
When is the best time to drop off my car?
We recommend dropping off your vehicle in the morning. This gives our technicians the full day to complete the work, so your car is typically ready sooner.
What kind of oil do you use?
Every oil change uses full synthetic oil, the best protection for your engine, plus a new oil filter. See prices for 4, 6, 8-cylinder and diesel engines on our pricing page.
Do you offer loaner cars?
We don't offer loaner vehicles. Dropping off in the morning helps us get your car back to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer financing?
No, we don't offer financing at this time.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.
